This is my cancer story. I won’t let it define me. I won’t let it take over the things I have control over, and I try to find the silver linings of a crappy situation.

“There is good that has come from this” – Calgary mom shares her cancer story.

Is my story helpful? If so, feel free to buy me a coffee or contribute towards some of my uninsured medical expenses.

  1. Hi Natalie,

I’m so sorry that you are facing this. I donot know if you remember me, I’m Ghada …. from Roynat.
Stay positive that you will beat this, and if I can help in any way please guide me how?
I wish you and your family the energy needed to face this situation . Huge respect to your decision to have this blog to talk about it, you will help lots of people. 🤗 😘 🙏

  2. Hi Ghada,

Of course I remember you! You took care of our accounting needs, and I’m pretty sure I could always feel a smile when we spoke on the phone or in email. 🙂

I really appreciate your comments. I went out on a limb being personal on a site that was intended for learning. However, I realize that we learn from everything in life and that is what shapes us. So, I’m trying to share my experiences and takeaways from what I am going through.

In terms of help, we are doing well right now. However, I am always accepting positive vibes, prayers and healing thoughts!

Thanks so much for reading my blog and for your feedback.

    Natalie
